Today Red Bluff police shot and killed a friendly innocent  St. Bernard. And shot and wounded a second one who is currently in critical condition at Vally Oak in Chico Ca. I witnessed the whole incident and I'm starting this account to help my neighbor pay all the costs necessary to save her dog . She's already lost one baby today and I can't stand the thought of her losing the other. #savingalegra
