We are deeply saddened to share that Soklang Yoeun a loving and caring mom, sister, daughter, and friend, has tragically passed away at the age of 43. Her untimely departure leaves a profound void in the lives of her children: her eldest daughter Ashley, her son PJ, and her youngest daughter Caitlyn.
