Help Us Send Dad Off Properly

Back in January , my dad was rushed to Lutheran / NYU Langone Hospital in Brooklyn , due to severe weakness and nausea and head dizziness . After many tests , the doctors said that he has possible lung cancer , chronic kidney disease , and a metastasized brain tumor that's sitting on his cerebellum , where at any given time , it can press down on his skull and cause brain swelling .
My dad has been bouncing from hospital to hospital - first at Lutheran , then twice he was at Lennox Hill Hospital in Manhattan , and now , he received treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital , 10 rounds of radiation to help with the brain mass, a tulip filter to help with a blood clot that formed in his leg, new medications to help with reducing the risk of new blood clots forming and breaking away to shoot into his lung -- in other words , in addition to his already ongoing health issues (left side paralysis due to a stroke / heart attack / pnemonia combination 7 years ago , type 2 diabetes , COPD, and now chronic kidney disease) he now has a severely aggressive small cell lung cancer and a brain tumor that leaves me and my mom (shown above , that's them on New Years Eve , before things got worse) panicking and worrying that every day out of the hospital is my dad's last day with us .
I know money is tough on everyone , but me and mom have no one to rely on , and we don't have any savings or extra money to cover expenses for a funeral if and when that happens -- the doctor's gave us a prognosis of my dad having anywhere from a month to a year left to live -- maybe more if he finds some inner strength and pulls through this -- but in any case , we need to be ready for the worst case scenerio if and when it happens.
You might be asking "but why don't you get another job , why don't you open up commissions --" I'm currently a college student who's already juggling keeping up her GPA to keep her scholarship and financial aid, I'm already doing work study at my college, and I currently am taking art commissions to have some sort of pocket change and to have some money to help pay rent and bills -- my dad's a fighter , and a helper , and unfortunately a lot of the people he's helped so far in his life have simply walked away once he got them back on their feet.
We have no one to turn to , and I don't know what else to do except turn to you for help -- if you've made it this far reading this -- thank you for your time and your attention , and any and all donations will be appreciated and if you can't donate , please spread the word .
thank you .
