This is Susy, DGM for H&R Block. It is with such a heavy heart that I have to inform you that we lost a member of the H&R Block family. Jayson Ocasio, our receptionist for three seasons at pleasant hill office 9469, passed away from an illness yesterday. He was only 22 years old. This is such a shock for his family, as his father just passed away on April 13th, 2024. As you may imagine, this family is in great grief from losing two family members in 9 days. This has placed a major financial strain as they have just paid for the funeral of his father. We are asking for donations from our H&R Block family in lieu of any flowers for the family. They will need this to prepare for the second burial this month. Please donate anything you can and keep this family in your heart as they are struggling through such a difficult time.
