Mac Needs Us: Healing After Tragedy
Donation protected
Hello all! My name is Shailee and I have had the extraordinary opportunity to know Samantha (Mac) McClellan through our job. Mac is always willing to lend a helping hand in any facet of the word-work related, personal, emotional or even making food(which all her food is amazing!) She gives her all in everything she does.
On December 14th 2024, Mac was injured in a horrific car accident. She is currently in ICU in a hospital over 100 miles away from home. Mac has already had an emergency surgery. She has a long road ahead of her for recovery. Mac is not only an incredible human but also a breast cancer survivor. Through everything Mac has not asked for a handout and has still showed up at her job. She gives everything her all and loves deeply. I am asking for prayers for her recovery and if you can, please donate what you can. It is the holidays, she is isolated and alone, and has a million and one concerns. I’d love to be able to ease some of those concerns. These funds will be used for medical bills and helping Mac on her feet during this recovery journey.
I know whole heartedly if it was me or mine that Mac would be the first to show up for us. We get by with a little help from our friends. Mac has helped me so much. Let’s rally for her! Feel better Mac! We love you!
12/21 update: Mac is still in ICU and has had multiple surgeries. She is expected to be there through Christmas. Thank you to everyone who has prayed, sent good thoughts, shared her story, donated and visited her.
