Good morning from Israel!
My name is Maccabi Lev-Ari (aka Jeff Trager). I am a U.S./Israeli citizen and a professional sports massage therapist, running a treatment business from my home.
As you know, on October 7, 2023, my country was attacked by terrorists who slaughtered 1400 people. Since then, we have been under attack from the N, S, E and W and we are in a state of war.
The effects of the war on small businesses such as mine have been devastating. I have had almost no income since the beginning of the conflict, and have instead spent my time volunteering towards the war effort and treating soldiers pro-bono.
But unfortunately voluntary work doesn’t pay the bills
So I am reaching out to friends, family and generous strangers to ask for any help you can offer. I never thought I would have to do this, but as they say, “drastic times call for drastic measures”.
Needless to say, any contribution, however small, will be much appreciated, and ALL CONTRIBUTIONS WILL BE USED TO PAY BASIC NECESSITIES.
