Macdonald Family Medical Expenses

Hi, my name is Alexis and I have started a gofundme to help the Macdonald family cover as much of the additional living and medical expenses they may encounter while Becca and co. face the journey ahead. As you have may have heard, Becca has been diagnosed with breastcancer. We have learned she is HER-2 positive and will be starting chemo. Funds will be allocated how the Macdonald family needs them. From extra gas for going to and from medical appointments, to prescriptions, to medical bills, to easy food options for the kids, (to self care items for Becca…I will

be forcing her to), I want to make sure this family is covered. Becca has always been that friend for me, as I am sure she has been for many of you, where she has been there for me no matter what. So if you can donate or just spread awareness of the gofundme, she is the most deserving woman, and all of us are lucky to have her in our lives.

CANCER UPDATE: Unfortunately, I am stage 4. Not only is there cancer in my right breast, but also in both my lungs and many of my bones. Good news is that it is all the same cancer so we don't have to change our plan of attack yet. Chemo every 21 days, hydration every week after chemo. My hair is falling out in clumps and is almost all gone. We plan on cutting it off on Saturday. I knew this would happen but it's still very sad. We're gonna try to have fun with it tho. Hopefully, now that we're done with so many appointments and assessments, we can get back to some kind of more normal schedule. It's still going to be hard but we'll figure it out.
