Macular Degeneration: Eyeglasses Needed

Hi, my name is Candy and I am fundraising for a medical eye disease that I have called: Macular Degeneration. Macular Degeneration is a condition that damages the central part of the retina, causing severe blurred or distorted vision. Though, I was born with this eye disease and have battled it my entire life, the blessing in my case, is that I've only experienced eyesight loss with my central vision only. I am not likely to lose all of my vision. There is hope; with the use of bioptic lenses, my vision can be corrected in order for me to perform regular tasks such as driving, reading road signs, and seeing far distances.
