Madagascar's Ny Antso Choir: Concert Fundraiser

We are reaching out to those who have a love for classical music and the gospel, appealing for their generous support in our endeavor to organize a grand concert. Our aim is to share the Gospel in venues alongside talented local performers and classical music.
A bit about us:
In the middle of 2009, driven by a passion for classical music and the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ, a group of individuals came together to establish a choir. In 2010, under the leadership of Thierry Aina Andrianatoavina, the Choir was officially formed.
Our mission is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the beauty of classical music. We named our choir "Ny Antso," or "The Call," calling upon individuals who share our love for classical music and desire to spread the gospel through music.
Initially, the Choir consisted of thirty members. Over the years, our numbers have grown, and our performances have become more frequent, evolving from once a year to twice a year starting in 2017. These concerts, held at the Church buildings of our members, are open to the public and free of charge.
Why we need your help:
While we have always ensured professional performances by hiring talented musicians, we rely solely on the contributions of our Church members to cover expenses, as we do not charge for our performances. With time, our choir has expanded its reach, receiving requests to perform at various events such as celebrations, weddings, and funerals, which we have gladly accommodated.
Currently, our choir consists of more than fifty dedicated members, each committed to upholding the standards of the gospel of Jesus Christ and the choir’s code of conduct.
Since 2020, we have embarked on organizing major concerts every two years, featuring different musicians and held at various locations. Our past concerts have been held at ANS Ampefiloha Conference Center and PLAZA Ampefiloha in 2022.
Like many, we are facing financial challenges. However, we remain determined to forge ahead and continue pursuing our goals for the future.
Our mission extends beyond our local church community; we aspire to spread the message of the gospel through music across Madagascar and beyond.
How you can help:
We have a vision of organizing a grand concert to share the Gospel in venues, alongside talented local performers and classical music.
However, this is a significant undertaking that requires financial support. After careful consideration, we estimate that the costs involved, including venue rental and musician expenses, would amount to approximately MGA 15,000,000 or $3,389. We are actively engaged in various fundraising efforts, and our choir members are already contributing their efforts towards this goal.
