Madeline & Gilbert Alvarez

My niece, Madeline and nephew, Gilbert suffered the unimaginable loss of their mother, my amazing sister Delilah in June of 2021. This was a hard loss for our family, and it truly pains me to share that they have now tragically lost their father Gilbert, Sr., on 1/1/23.

Anyone who knew us knows that my niece and nephew have been my world since they were born, and Gilbert and Delilah were not just my family, but my best friends and my co-parents.

Mady and little Gil have a long road of healing ahead of them, and quickly mounting financial needs as Gilbert did not have adequate insurance for his final medical needs, and was the main financial provider for his children. I am trying to collect initial funds to help cover his final arrangements, legal costs and continuing to care and provide for Mady and Gilbert as needed.
