PIDD Teen needs surgery/braces

Hi my name is Tammy.  My daughter is the one needing orthodontics desparately.  She was born with a primary immune deficiency, Hyper IgE Syndrome, that makes her teeth weak and not grow properly.   She was also born with a severe underbite that requires major surgery to correctly align her jaw.  Madison is 13 and is becoming aware of people making fun of her because of her teeth.

Part of her disease requires all of her baby teeth to be pulled.  Last year NIH pulled 12 of her baby teeth so that her adult teeth could grow in.  Now, a year later, only 2 of those teeth have started to grow in and they are pushing her other teeth sideways.  

We have found an orthdontist in our area that will help her at a reduced price but we are still in need of the balance so that he will even start the process.  We have 1 month to try and raise this money once we see him and get all the paperwork turned back in to him. We called and asked around to get an idea of how much just the braces would cost so that is the amount we are starting with to try and raise. Her appointment is August 11th and it is about 45 minutes to an hour away. Once we see him we will get the oral surgeon referral to get the estimated costs for the palate spreader, removal of teeth and surgery on the jaw. At that time I will update the amount we need to have. 

I have not worked in over a year due to a work injury that has still not healed.

Madison and I could sure use any help you could do.   Even $1.00 at a time will add up.
