Madison's Medical Bills

Hi! My name is Madison Gulli. I am 20-years-old and currently undergoing a long, difficult, and extremely expensive process of figuring out a diagnosis for my unknown medical issues. 
Since January of 2020, I have been experiencing a wide variety of symptoms that have lead me to the ER four times within five months. I am also seeing three doctors; a pulmonologist, gastrointestinal doctor, and cardiologist. 
Since my symptoms have begun, they have only progressed/gotten worse. Some include: difficulty breathing, chest and abdominal pains, extreme fatigue, difficulty swallowing, and more, all which appear to worsen at night and/or while laying down. 
My medical issues have significantly impacted my way of life. I find that I cannot do a lot of the things I once enjoyed. I am unsure if this is curable or not yet. I hope to find answers soon. 
Like I mentioned previously, I have gone to the ER as well as had multiple appointments with various doctors. Between the ER bills, copays, procedure bills, blood work bills, and more, I am unsure of what to do next. My colonscopy and endoscopy alone will cost me over $1,000.
So, here we are.
Being a college student living independently away from home means that I already have a lot to take care of financially (i.e. rent, utilities, car insurance, phone bill, groceries, gas, etc.) and being thousands of dollars in debt due to my ongoing medical problems has not helped ease my financial situation. I do have a job and work as much as I can during this time to pay everything I am currently responsible for, but I cannot do it alone anymore. 
I know that not everyone will be able to donate.
I know that I may not reach my goal.
