Madison’s Journey to Miss Florida Teen USA 2025

Hi my name is Madison Simon and this is my third and final year competing for Miss Florida Teen USA! I am at the age limit for the Teen category so I am giving my dream one last shot. My entire platform revolves around helping others like me. I was born with a congenital heart defect and have had 12 heart surgeries. I am currently a nursing student aspiring to pursue pediatric cardiac nursing. My goal in life to inspire and help others like me and the title of Miss Florida Teen USA would give me the platform and opportunity to continue and further my work. I have hosted events and worked with other foundations to create memories and inspire patients in Miami. I plan to continue and to expand my work in 2025 whether I win or not! Pageantry has given me the ability to help others and I’m so grateful for this journey. Please help me reach my goal this final time! With love - Madison Simon
