Madison’s Mission Trip to Germany

Hi everyone, my name is Madison Jennings. While going to college at Missouri State University I joined a campus ministry group call The Vine. The Vine has given me many opportunities to grow my faith and be involved in God’s mission to spread the gospel. Recently, I have been given the opportunity to be involved in God’s mission overseas. The Vine, through Second Baptist Church, is sending two teams of students overseas to share the gospel on the college campuses of unreached people, and I have been selected to join the team in Frankfurt, Germany!!

The primary goal of this mission trip is to work with students on college campuses in a very unreached area. For reference, 1.5 million people live in Frankfurt with less than 1% being Evangelical Christians. The people in Frankfurt are not as exposed fo the good news of Jesus as we would like, so our goal is to spread the good news to these unreached people. My team will be staying in Frankfurt for seven weeks (May 24- July 14) working with an International Missions Board team that is already there. Our goal is to meet with student on the college campus to build relationships and share the gospel. We will also be involved in the local churches there. I am beyond blessed and so excited to see God’s plan for me and the team in Germany!
