On May 15th, Madysin was involved in a devastating car accident that resulted in a catastrophic brain injury. She remains critical, but stable in the neuro ICU following several brain surgeries in an attempt to relieve the pressure on her brain following a hemorrhagic stroke (bleed in her brain). The neurosurgery team is working hard to keep her stabilized as she continues to fight for her life. A glimmer of hope came in her recent assessment with reactive pupils on neuro exam
