Maeve Robert-Smith - The Marsden Cancer Charity

Hello. My name is Maeve and I’m 8 years old. I really want to raise money to help children with cancer. I am going to cut my hair and donate it to make a wig for a child who has lost theirs, and any money that we raise will be given to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.

I am doing this because when I was two and a half I had cancer. I had to have one kidney removed and I had treatment. Luckily for me, my hair didn’t fall out. The doctors were very surprised. I was looked after so well and I really want to do something good to say thank you. I hope you will support me.
