ብሕልፈት ቅዱስ ኣቡነ እንጦንዮስ፥ 3ይ ፓትርያርክ ኦርቶዶክሳዊት ተዋሕዶ ቤተ ክርስቲያን ኤርትራ ዝተራእየ ግብረ መልሲ ኣብ ታሪኽ ሃገርናን ቤተ ክርስቲያናን ፍሉይ እዩ። እዚ ድማ ካብቲ ኣብ ልዕሊ ቅዱስ ኣቡነ እንጦንዮስ ዝወረደ ግፍዕን ንዝኣመንሉ ሓዋርያዊ ተልእኾኦም ዝኸፈልዎ መስዋእትን ዝብገስ እዩ።
እምባኣር ነዚ ጽቡቅ ግብረ መልሲ ኣብ ግብሪ ንምውዓል ድማ ኣህጉረስብከታት ሰሜን ኣሜሪካን ኣውሮፓን ማእከላይ ምብራቅን ንውርሻ (Legacy) ኣቦና ዘድምቅን ንዝነበሮም ሕልምን ባህግን ኣብ ተግባር ዘውዕልን ብሽም ቅዱስ ኣቦና ዝጽዋዕ ትካል ግብረሰናይ (Abune Antonios Foundation) ንምምስራት ቅዱስ ሓሳብ ኣንቂዱ ኣሎ. ነዚ ቅዱስ ሓሳብ ንምትግባር ድማ ኩላትና በብዓቅምና ኢደይ ኢድካ ኢልና ናብ ዓወት ከነብጽሖን ተኻፈልቲ በረኸት ኣቦና ክንከውን ንዕደም ኣሎና።
“ንዓይ ህይወተይ ክርስቶስ እዩ፡ ሙማትውን ረብሓይ እዩ” ፊልጲ 1:21
In memory of our beloved late father, HH Abune Antonios 1st, the third Patriarch, we, the members of the Canonical Eritrean Orthodox Church in Diaspora are launching fundraising campaign to carry on the legacy of his spirituality, moral courage, and standing for justice by establishing Abune Antonios Foundation (AAF).
His Holiness had served his flocks with remarkable moral clarity, courage, and sacrifice. The purpose of this fund-raising is to continue to promote his mission of religious freedom, unity of the church and defend the rule of law.
