Magdaleno Beltran Monge

Hi my name is Orlando Beltran, my Brother was Magdeleno Beltran, he passed away unexpectedly. He was found dead in his vehicle on Jan 12 2024.

He unfortunately was homeless and was living in his car for quite some time at the same time he was dealing with depression and other health issues. Unfortunately I'm now left with the expenses and I cannot afford to pay for his Funeral on my own. I'm also looking to repatriate him back home to Mexico as that was his wish when he was alive, and as of now the Mexican Consulate has told me that they have run out of funds.
