Maggie and Jim's Wedding : Helping Elsie's Appeal

Hi all, hope you are looking forward to the wedding as much as we are!

People have been asking about gifts and we have been thinking that we are so lucky to have a lovely home that we really don't need anything.

What we have thought is that we would like to use our wedding day to help make life as comfortable as possible for the granddaughter of two of our good friends.

Elsie is 10 years old and was recently diagnosed with CLN3 Batten Disease which is a life limiting condition that means she will gradually lose the use of her limbs and require full-time care.

Her parents have started and appeal to help raise money to build an extension to her mum's house to enable her care needs to be met long-term.
