Maggie's (grey) Matter Matters!

My baby sister, Maggie (Georgetta), was shopping for a baby shower present when she shockingly found herself on the floor with a banged head, cut lip, bruised arm. Seizure?  What? Why? How?  

She is a young empty nester with everything to look forward to - she and her husband were leaving the chill of Michigan and were building a house in warm sunny Florida for some much deserved US time. She ate right, exercised, used sunscreen - healthy. Never had a headache.  No symptoms, no warning. Her life truly redefined itself in....one...small....terrifying moment.  Within DAYS, she was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor and had surgery to have it removed. Her family came from all corners of the country.  No matter what - NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE!  Her faith is strong, and blessings many. 

But Grade III Anaplastic astrocytoma is EXPENSIVE!  Going from two incomes to one is tough.  Moving is pricey. Adding soooo many medical bills is daunting. It's hard to heal when the debt starts to overpower your hope.  I'm certain that stress is not on any prescription list. We are asking for a donation towards Maggie's mounting medical expensives - that will never ever end.  No matter how big or how small, each donation will chip away at the hideous mound of bills that comes with an incurable diagnosis.
