Maggie's garden

Flat living.... No garden to speak of, I would love to transform this piece of uncared for communal area for all the tenants to use, I want to brighten it up, to cheer us all up, to make it a useable space for everyone. The gardeners don't even mow it regularly so we are plagued with crane flies each year, there is no privacy. I have a vision and lots of gardening knowledge. If I could afford a garden I would have one. I just need a start with a push along mower an edging tool and some plants. Maggie my cat would love to sit under the shade of a bush, and we all need a spot to sit on, it's just never used and I've lived here for 7 years. If you could just donate a pound each if this reaches you, maybe this summer might be brighter and better for everyone. I figure if I don't try I'll never know.
