My name is Maggi Brown. In the fall of 2008, my oldest sister Caiti Brown passed away from osteosarcoma (bone caner). There were many foundations and organizations that volunteered to help my family. One foundation that remains special in my heart forever is the Frances Foundation. In addition to sending my sister to Arizona for the treatment she needed, this foundation has given me countless reasons to keep smiling even after she passed. Among other events the annual gala that they have is the one thing that stands out the most. It is a beautiful time to remember and most definitely celebrate the life of my sister and the angels and warriors. The Frances Foundation also donates funds for childhood cancer research.
I would like to take the opportunity of my Sweet 16 to give back all of those smiles.
I'm asking you to help me raise $16,000 by my 16th birthday, Sept. 14th, 2015.
For any other information on how you can help me reach my goal, email me at [email redacted]
