Magnolia Senior Home-The Matos Family

On the night of Sunday, November 25, 2018, the lives of many changed at Magnolia Manor, a senior care home in Healdsburg, CA.  The home of six senior residents burned to the ground.  Carlos, 10 years old, was eating in the kitchen just as the broiler exploded.  Carlos called 911 while Liz and her mom, frantically ran to get the seniors out of the building, and to a place of safety.  All survived.  Carlos, Liz and her mom are heroes, but Magnolia Manor was lost in the fire.  Liz and her mom will need to start over again.  Any amount you can donate would be truly appreciated.  If you are unable to donate at this time, please consider sharing their story on your social media page.  Every little bit helps.  Thank you for helping the Matos Family rebuild their lives, to continue to help seniors live in a loving and caring environment.  Your generosity is truly appreciated.  Kind Regards,  Friends of the Matos Family

January 2019 Update:  Many thanks to all who supported Magnolia Home.  As of early this month, owners of Magnolia Home, Bebe Lopez and Liz Matos, located a temporary home in Healdsburg for their senior residents.  Residents are comfortable and happy with their new location.  To their surprise, a beautiful Magnolia tree sits in front of their temporary property.  Liz, Carlos, Bebie and the residents of Magnolia Home are  thankful and blessed for all who contributed to their emergency needs.
