Maia's going to school in Denmark!

My name is Maia Rae. I just turned 18 and have been accepted to the International People's College in Denmark! My mom has taught me the importance of travel and learning about myself and the world through visiting other cultures and the value of international community. IPC is a place where people like me come together to study and live.
IPC's philosophy is, if people who have once been at war with each other, can come together and live in peace and harmony the world will be a much more loving place. I am eager to join a community like this one. The school is a group of 100 students from 36 different countries. Teachers get to teach what they are passionate about in any way they want to teach it. The course is 18 weeks and there will be lots of cultural excursions and opportunities during my time there.
The price of the tuition is the only obstacle in my way at the moment. I have been working after school for the last 4 months and will continue to work right up until I leave. The money I have been saving will be all of my spending and travel money while I am there, and whatever I can put away towards the tuition and extra trips that IPC takes us on.
The amount listed in this campaign would cover the actual school cost and airfare to get there. Anything you would want to give towards it would be much appreciated. Thank you all for your time and for your donations!
