Help me, help my sister

My name is Maisha Wester. I am an Air Force wife, stay at home mother of four children and sister to a wonderful woman name Nakia Watson.
My sister is the reason I have created this Go Fund me account. I am trying to raise funds to have her massive Fibroids removed. She has been suffering from these tumors for seven years and they have grown so large that they are distending her abdomen, crushing her internal organs, causing major hormonal imbalances and mood swings, have given her incontinence and have triggered profuse bleeding twenty out of thirty days each month. The blood loss has been so bad it has caused her to become anemic. She has passed out on her bathroom floor several times, and has landed in the hospital needing blood transfusions. The blood loss has also caused her to become lethargic, and depressed.
Her life has nearly been destroyed by these tumors. She has five of them that range between twelve and twenty-four centimeters. They have caused her to lose her dream job, two weeks after she was hired. She has been only able to work sporadically doing temp jobs for short periods of time, which has caused a huge drain on her finances.
Originally, the doctors told her not to worry about the Fibroids, and had a wait and see attitude. Not wanting the tumors to get any larger, she tried several homeopathic remedies, saw multiple fibroid specialists and changed her diet and lifestyle to help stop their growth. Now seven years later she has to get these tumors out of her body before they become cancerous. The only options that the American doctors are offering her under the Affordable Health Care Act are a hysterectomy or myomectomy. Both are highly invasive and would cause multiple, new, and possibly dangerous problems in her already battered body. The hysterectomy would remove any chance she could have to have a child, force her into early menopause, and ten years of hormonal therapy, which her insurance does not cover. The myomectomy has a long recovery and the majority of women grow the fibroids back.
I am asking for money so that she can come to Germany, where I live, and have the necessary procedures that will exterminate her fibroids, preserve her womb, and give her life back. Germany offers several other less invasive procedures (not offered in the US) that have a shorter recovery time, and help insure that the fibroids will have a much lower possibility to grow back. Two of the choices that the German Doctors have mentioned are regional embolization or thermal ablation. I have helped my sister consult a doctor here that can perform these necessary procedures (as well as many others depending on further evaluation)
I will be able to care for her during the recovery period as well as give her love and encouragement to go back to being the wonderful woman she was before these fibroids began stealing her health.
The doctors in America have told her that she needs to have the fibroids removed “yesterday”. They are continuing to cause major health issues as I have stated above. I am hoping to raise the needed money ASAP. The monies that are raised will go toward the surgery, any post procedure care (medicines) and helping her to support herself as she heals and is able to search for employment again. (She will not be working when she comes to Germany but still has financial responsibilities in America.
Any help would be a blessing and I would be so thankful. My sister has been my world since I took my first breath. We were raised by a single mother who had to work and be out of the house for long hours. My sister was the one that made sure I had everything I needed and wanted. She protected me when I needed her and got on to me when I needed it as well. Even when she was a teen (when most are trying to get rid of their younger siblings, she never made me feel like the annoying little sister. Where she went I went.
I am grateful that you have read this. Please consider helping me help my sister.
