MAISON 10 fire fund
Donation protected
On the evening of January 7, our beloved MAISON 10 suffered a devastating fire at their W29th store. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the smoke and water damage is extensive.
MAISON 10 has created one of the most inclusive, loving communities through their events, artist talks, workshops, and vital happenings. Who hasn't walked by at any time of the day, only to be drawn in by Tom or Henri with the offer a glass of wine and a place to connect and belong?
As most of you know, they also donate 10% of their sales to charities such as Housing Works, City Harvest, and others. It's a beautifully generous aspect of their business, and sums up just what they are about.
MAISON 10 is much more than a store. Tom and Henri are the backbone of our chosen family, and they provide a gathering place where everyone is welcome, regardless of age, gender, or identity. They are incredible champions of New York's creative community, designers, artisans and makers. Our precious friends need our help to rebuild their business and support them through this horrible time. And we need them back where they belong.
