Majestic Isle EMERGENCY Relocation Fund

The residents of Majestic Isle in North Bay Village at 7946 East Drive, Miami Beach, 33141

have had to evacuate their homes Tuesday 4/23/23 by 10am and most have nowhere to go.

This is for the low-income seniors and residents with families that need help with relocation.

As of today, many of the residents are staying at the Best Western with the help of the City of North Bay Village for the first week since the evacuation.

Any money donated will be used primarily for housing. (Hotel, AirBnB, rental deposits).

The second priority will be to help with moving (not storage) expenses.

My name is Matias Dubs. I have been asked to setup this account. Yes, my father is one of the residents forced to relocate. However, you have my promise that your donations will be respected and go to those who need it most. I am opening a separate bank account for this and happily share how any dollar donated was used with full transparency.
