Emergency Treatment For Majesty
Donation protected
Hi,
My name is Chloe West. I helped Keaun Caldwell transport his 4 month old puppy to Arboretum View hospital following a hit and run on President and Lowden street in Wheaton, IL. Majesty, the dog injured is in critical condition.
Majesty experienced blunt trauma from a black van. Majesty immediately collapsed onto his right side partially under the car. He maintained consciousness, his owner Keaun (25) had to get the van to move to help his dog.
Neighbors came out to help, and the van drove off. Majesty was put onto a large canvas where his bowels and blood came out. Keaun and I with the help of another stopped driver transported Majesty to the animal hospital.
Majesty is in critical condition. His scratches and cuts were taken care of. He has no broken bones, but is suffering from severe internal bleeding, fluid in his stomach and lungs, and his lungs are extremely bruised only an hour after impact. He is hooked up to oxygen, has an IV giving him fluids. The doctors are communicating that Majesty will need a blood transfusion in the next 24 hours to help stop the bleeding. Surgery is the last resort.
Due to his condition the cost of the next 3-4 days is $10,000 minimum. Keaun and Majesty need your help.
Spread this post, do what you can, and please keep both Keaun and Majesty in your prayers.
All money raised will go directly to Majesty's ongoing treatment and recovery.
