Help MaKayla Finish School @ New York Conservatory

Hello to all of you. I'm a second-year Musical Theater Student at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. I'm trying to complete my associate's degree in musical theater in the Spring of 2024. I want to fulfill my dream of being a musical theater performer.

Recently, I found out that I cannot continue school after my finals this weekend. I owe a past-due balance of

$ 7,000, which covers my room, board, classes, and performance opportunities.

My mother... who's my rock and my entire support system, became very sick this year. It was a big surprise to me. She wants me to focus on my studies because this dream means everything to us. She's one of the reasons I'm strong enough to pursue my dreams of singing for audiences. She was working to pay my tuition out of pocket. After she was diagnosed, she was forced to reduce her work time. For some months, she was still able to make payments. Right now, she's just trying to keep fighting her illness and find strength for my graduation.

We don't qualify for any more Financial Aid. I was not approved for additional funding for Spring 2024. The loan for the Fall of 2023 only covered part of the cost of the Fall 2023 semester.

I have until TUESDAY, January 30th, 2024 to pay my balance so I can enroll in the Spring Semester and finish the year with my classmates and fellow performers.

Your donation will allow me to complete ONE LAST SEMESTER! I'm almost at the finish line of getting my associate's degree. I don't know what the future holds, but I would love to share my graduation with my mother and family while she's with me. Every of your donation will help me complete my training.
