My name is Jessica and I'm looking to fulfill one of my great friend's wishes and bucket list items, as recently this year she was diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the liver at Stage 4.

As a long-time Chicago Bears fan, she has always wanted to visit Soldier Field, and this will be the last year the Chicago Bears will play at this stadium.

SO WE ARE TAKING HER TO CHICAGO!!

We will be attending the Bears game against the Green Bay Packers and want to make sure she can have the best experience in Chicago and enjoy every moment stepping into that stadium.

Undergoing treatment, she has recently had to leave work and try to file everything she can for disability, in hopes she can prolong her life to the fullest and continue to watch her children grow into young adults.

This has been a very difficult situation for her and her husband, as well as close family and friends, soaking up the moments and fulfilling her wishes!!

I just want her to be able to have the best day possible with unlimited options...
