Welcome to Hindu Education and Cultural Centre , where we work towards creating Australia's First Hindu School. We are a bunch of like-minded, volunteers who have been tirelessly fundraising for this cause.

Currently, there are no independent Hindu schools in Australia, with 684 002 of our population being Hindu. The Hindu diaspora has been in Australia since the 1960s, so it is about time.

Imagine a place where our children have a clear Hindu (Sanaathan) identity and pride for their culture irrespective of where they were born or come from!

A place where they speak their mother tongue as fluently as English!

A place where Yoga and meditation are a way of life!

A place where we build character through culture, Hindu Dharma!

This place is the Hindu Education and Cultural Centre.

We have identified 5 acres in Oakville, as the ideal location for the school.

We are fundraising to buy the Oakville property to make the dream of Australia's First Hindu School a Reality.

We look forward to your contributions and spreading the word to everyone in the community to make this dream a reality.
