Make Erik Smile Again

Hey there, my names Erik and I have a condition called Plastoenamel. It's a condition that causes the dentin and enamel that encases your teeth to deteriorate rapidly. It started happening when I was a young teenager and it went untreated, causing my teeth to deteriorate and decay. I recently found out about this condition and also found out most of my roots are in near perfect condition and can be saved through crowns. What I also learned was that if my top teeth abcesse, it can travel into my brain and I could potentially die.
I recently made a visit to the dentist after one of my canines fell apart in my sleep. I learned that they can save most of my teeth and want to start with a root canal on the recently broken canine and a complete build up of my teeth; canine to canine. My only problem? That procedure is going to cost an estimated $7,533.09. It was explained to me in phases, Phase 1 is where they do a root canal on one canine and shave down my teeth to the nubs. Phase 2 they do the build up around my teeth followed by phase 3 where they put in the crowns. The problem is I have a very, very limited time between each phase because of the exposure and nature of the procedure. If it were the case that I could take each phase at a time, I would.
That's where this GoFundMe comes in. I initially didn't want to, but a friend convinced me to. I dont have anywhere close to this kind of money; maybe 1,500 at most. And this isn't the only surgeries I need, but is one of the most urgent. Personally, I would love to smile again. I want to have a smile I can be proud of and show off instead of constantly hiding it behind a closed mouth. I would also love to not get severe anxiety every time I think "When's the next pain coming to make me leave work?" or "I wonder if one of my teeth will chip when I cough or brush my teeth."
These are the photos of one of my more recent Xrays, just to show the condition my mouth is in and its not getting better. Every day I deal with pain, some is mild, but other times it's so excruciating that it's kept me out of work.
It was hard to make this, but I figure it was my only chance to start fixing my smile and I hope people will share this.
So please, can you help me find my smile again?
