Hey Doc Clinic One Year Anniversary
Donation protected
Hey Doc Clinic is a one of a kind queer, Latine woman-owned multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Portland, Oregon. We provide integrative healthcare services centering the health and wellness needs of the queer, trans and BIPOC communities in Portland, while also serving our community at large.
We are a diverse, intersectional and integrative healthcare space with providers in the following disciplines:
Chiropractic
Licensed Massage Therapy
Acupuncture
Occupational Therapy
With more modalities to come
We have already started serving our communities and our books are full, but we need administrative support right now. Healthcare clinics have high upfront overhead costs, but much of our income comes through insurance checks which can take up to 3 months to a year for us to receive. Your help could be the bridge we need for Hey Doc Clinic to operate at its best.
Not only is the overhead cost high, but over the “Thanksgiving” holiday weekend, we experienced a break-in. Close to $9,000 of equipment we had invested in was stolen. Your help could be the bridge we need while we wait for insurance assistance to recover from that loss.
We want to be a model for how to build an inclusive healthcare space, but we need your help. We still need to hire and pay front desk staff. Can you give $50, $100, $500, or $1000 today?
Love,
Montserrat & the Hey Doc Clinic team
