Help me make "Rebel Healing" into an audiobook

After seven years of working on my book, Rebel Healing: Transforming Ourselves and the Systems that Make Us Sick is finally out in the world! The next step is to turn this important text into an audiobook.

Because so many people in the sick and disabled community cannot read or cannot easily read, making this book available in audio form is crucial for accessibility and wider distribution.

Rather than immediately adding the audiobook to Audible, I plan to make it available to libraries, schools, and other more accessible platforms first.

I am reading the book myself for the recording. This fundraiser will cover the cost of studio time, recording, and editing with Live Edge Recording Studio in Colrain, MA, as well as promotion of the audio book when it is finished.

Any additional funds raised will be used for distribution and promotion, e.g. donating the book and audiobook to libraries and sending copies at cost to low-income sick and disabled readers.

By supporting this fundraiser, you're helping this book get into the ears of more folks who can really benefit from this message, therefore helping more people experience greater personal and collective healing.
