Make things a little easier xxx

In 2014, Gemma and her niece bravely had their heads shaved for cancer research in aid of a family member.

Last week unfortunately Gemma had the diagnosis of stage 4 cancer that has spread to the glands either side of her neck. She also has a tumour in her neck and will need 90% of her tongue removed as the tumour in her tongue is large. She’ll need grafts taken from her arm in the hope that the surgeons can successfully rebuild her tongue that sadly may or may not take!! She’ll be having 4 operations in one go, will need a breathing tube to breathe as there’ll be lots of swelling and will be having a 2 week stay in hospital!! She’s absolutely terrified as we can all imagine but with her permission I’ve set this up in the hope some donations will help take a little bit of strain and worry off her while she’s recovering in hospital. She’ll still have bills to pay to keep a roof over hers and her daughters heads as sick pay is not amazing. She told me that she didn’t expect people to give her money but I told her that as many people as possible will want to help!! I understand we’re all going through a cost of living crisis but please donate if you can. I’d be very grateful if you can share this post to get as many donations as we can for Gemma and lily.
