Help make surgery possible

Hello, as many of you know I have been fighting medical illness for several years now. First Lymphoma (5 years remission) then open heart surgery to remove tumor (atrial myxoma) last year. Now I have been diagnosed with toxic adenoma and I will need another surgery. I have medical insurance but it comes with deductibles and limitations. I am struggling to come up with the money needed for surgeon (specialist) portion in order to have the surgery. This new medical issue is also threatening my heart condition and my doctor is concern that it can cause me to have another stroke or possibly a massive heart attack at any time.
