Making Math Make Sense

My name is Letica Bush, I am an educator and have been teaching for six (6) years. I have currently been accepted into Erikson Institute in which I will obtain my Master's Degree in Education. I am dedicated to changing our children into obtaining higher goals in reading and math. I am a recipient of the 2022 CLEF Dream Award and have obtained an IMPACT Scholarship Grant which will allow me to service students and make an impact on students in our communities. My last three (3) years has proven to be a success students have increased in math and reading skills by 11 or more points. This passion has driven me to continue to be succeessful.

I am raising funds to help my small business Bush Tutoring Service, LLC which is a small company in need of supplies for all students. These are essential and needed to assist students in low income families as well as struggling families in the community.

Funds will be used to purchase desks, school supplies, computers, books and any additional supplies needed. Children are our future and will succeed. Our students are lacking severe reading and math issues since we were in a pandemic for two (2) years. I would like to give back and make a difference in our youth.
