Making memories while fighting terminal cancer
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Hayley and I would appreciate all the help possible to raise funds to make memories with my 11 year old daughter Lucy.
This is my story, back in the christmas of 2016 my mum and dad visited me and my mum told me that she had breast cancer, as you can imagine my world crumbled, in 2017 she was to start her fight and begin her treatment, in March 2017 I found a lump in my breast, I would have ignored it, if it wasn't for my mum having breast cancer, i went to my doctors who said to be on the safe side they would refer me to the one stop breast clinic, here I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Shocking, upsetting my world fell apart, I had to fight for my daughter, double mastectomy with reconstruction, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Finally I felt I was winning and so did my mum, we both had cancer yet it was not genetic , we were just unfortunate to have cancer at exactly the same time.
In May 2021 I was diagnosed with secondary breast cancer, due to covid hitting the world, I was diagnosed very late, the cancer is now throughout my entire skeleton, at the base of my skull, in my lungs and I have a permanent blood clot in my lung, I have Terminal cancer. I am 43 and I am going to leave behind a beautiful daughter who only has me.
Around the same time my mum was also diagnosed with secondary breast cancer, hers had gone to her brain, we lost my mum a beautiful lady in August 2022.
Life is so cruel, I am fighting cancer for my daughter so I can spend as long as I can with her, so this is why I am asking for help so we can make lots of fun memories together without having to worry about money , while I can before the cancer decides to take a turn for the worse.
I am terrified of dying, leaving my girl behind with no parent, not seeing her achieve special moments.
Anything you could donate would be really appreciated.
Love to you all
