In lieu of flowers or gifts, the Parker family wishes for Malachi’s mission to live on through the outreach work of Route 7 (route7outreach.org).
A message from Charles, Malachi’s father: “Malachi, many of you know him as Eszton, has gone on to be with Jesus on 11/8. There was a terrible crash he died in the crash. I have preached for several funerals over the years in support of families at Route 7 Community Outreach, and have held many hands while mourning the loss of a loved one. Some have been parents, aunts, uncles, brothers, sister, and children. As hard as it may be, I have never know the full gravity of their loss. Until now. Now Gina and I have hearts that are broken and feel in this moment like they will never heal. How can it be possible. Malachi was in a great place with his faith and in his relationship with his Savior. He now gets to see the other side, and know the joys of resting in the arms of Christs. Though it hurts us so badly, we know he is at a reunion that words cannot describe.
Free (his middle name), I love you so much and will miss you every day. Your smile, your calm personality, your zest for life. We miss you here on earth, but I promise you, my son, we will stay the course and run the race God has set before us and we will see you again. You, more than most, know we lean on the everlasting love and arms of Christ Jesus. This is not a good-bye my precious son it is an "I will see you later".”
