Maleny Peace Palace

On behalf of the Maleny Peace Palace group I am raising money to pay for the first stage of creating a Peace Palace in Maleny.

The purpose of a Maharishi Peace Palace is to have a home for all of Maharishi's technologies of Consciousness including Transcendental Meditation and its Advanced programs, Maharishi Ayurveda and all other aspects of the Vedic knowledge. A Peace Palace is built according to the guidelines of Maharishi Sthapatye Veda (Vedic Arhcitecture) which is the science of construction to promote health and wellbeing.

The Peace Palace will include facilities for people to come and experience the many modailities of consiousness and stay for in residential courses.

It would be wonderful to have a permanent place in a beautiful location to offer these programs to the community and to have a place for people to come and rest and rejuvinate in a natural environment.

There is a beautiful property, encompassing 48 acres of land including a waterfall, for sale in Maleny.

The first step before purchasing the land is to find out from the Town planner what options would be approved by council and what we would need to factor in, in our application.

The estimate for this first step is between $7000 to $10,000.

So far the Maleny Peace Palace group has raised $2,700 towards this but we need another $7,300.
