Funeral Arraingements to Nigeria

Hello everyone,
My name is Leoanrd Ekure, I am the youngest of four sons.
Our family is in the midst of a tragedy and we need your help. Our beloved 74 year old mother (Faith) passed away at home in College Park, GA, on November 20, 2016. Faith's genuine warmth, selflessness and tenacious competitive spirit will be deeply missed.
Faith's beloved son, family, and friends are saddened and grieving her sudden loss. In the midst of our mourning, we are faced with the daunting financial challenges of her funeral arrangements and transporting her back home to Nigeria. Faith did not have insurance, so once we get her from the medical examiner we will then need to pay all the expenses to lay her to rest.
Faith lived a God fearing life. She enjoyed reading her bible and attending church. Faith attend Word of Faith Light of Joy in Riverdale, Georgia, where she volunteered in the children’s center. Prior to moving to the United States, Faith retired as a catering manager for Coca Cola Nigeria. In 2012, she moved to the United States to welcome her fifth and sixth grandchild (Leilah and Martin) and began residing with her youngest son Leonard in Georgia. Faith enjoyed her retirement being a super grandmother to Caitlyn, Leilah, and Logan who will miss her dearly.
The family faces a unique challenge of paying Faiths respects in Georgia, while coordinating and transporting her body to Nigeria for her final burial. I (Leonard) am organizing to raise money to cover:
- Preparation and freight charges for shipment of Faith's body from the US to Nigeria.
- Funeral services in Faith's childhood home of Ubulu Okiti, Delta State, Nigeria.
- Flight costs for Faith’s immediate family from Georgia to Nigeria for the funeral.
- Funeral costs
- This Go Fund Me will be managed for Faith by her youngest son Leonard Ekure. Any surplus that may be raised will go into an account to benefit Faith's grandchildren.
