Man Fighting A Felony Charge All Over A CD!

Hello Everyone,
My name is Amanda also known on YouTube as “Acura Amanda” and I’m starting this Go Fund Me campaign for my friend Jesse Lee of Gulfport Fl.
Our goal of this campaign is to raise funds for attorney and court costs associated with Jesse’s felony charge for:
BATTERY OF A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER 784.07(2)(B)/784.03
This is a very serious charge for one to be charged with and the state ultimately has the burden of proof. With this charge, the state must prove four elements beyond a reasonable doubt. One of those elements is Jesse would have “ actually and intentionally caused bodily harm to a law enforcement officer.
Jesse has been trespassed unlawfully from public buildings such as City Hall and the Gulfport Police Department. After Jesse filled complaints against the city for racial discrimination, he found himself being the target of retaliation from city officials as they used the Gulfport Police Department to violate his constitutional rights. Just trying to open up his small business which he went down all of the proper channels to get licensed and inspected by the state was targeted.
Jesse started getting tickets from the Gulfport Police Department for “sales without a permit.” Being a mobile foot cart vendor the state of Florida has provisions in place for them to operate legally once being licensed by the state of Florida. The Town of Gulfport has created ordinances that contradict the state of Florida. Meanwhile there are other business owners similar or identical to Jesse who operate on a daily basis and do not receive any citations. This would construe selective enforcement.
Back in July 2021 Jesse went to the Gulfport City Hall complex with a CD ROM that he received from a public records request. The city Jessy believed was corrupt and he needed a way to bring the CD back to the records department but unfortunately prior he was trespassed from City Hall so he could just stand out there and call for help or assistance. Commander Stone of the Gulfport Police Department came to look at and collect the CD from Jesse. He then puts the CD in his computer but because he’s using the same software as the CD was burned on it works on commander Stone’s end but not on the publics end. Commander Stone then comes outside of the City Hall complex to meet with Jessy and tell him that there’s nothing wrong with the CD and hands it back to him. There is then a back-and-forth conversation between commander Stone and Jesse. Commander stone would not take the CD from Jesse so Jesse growing frustrated at the poor service from the Gulfport Police Department tries to toss the CD in between the doors of the City Hall complex so the CD would be inside of the building and the CD accidentally tapped commander Stone’s lower extremity such as his shoe or back of his pant leg. Jessy was not arrested on site but almost a half an hour later at another location.
Our fear all along of this department using any and all means possible to ruin an individual’s life has come true. Let’s all come together and assist Jesse with legal counsel.
