Manley House Fire Relief Fund
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Theresa McMullen. I have had the pleasure of knowing Jay Manley and members of his family for many years now. They are kind and hardworking people that have just experienced the devastating events of a house fire.
On the evening of May 31st, Peterborough firefighters responded to a 2-storey home house fire. Fortunately, none of the family members were home at the time, and all three of their family dogs were saved. Although firefighters were able to manage the fire safely, the cause of the fire is still unknown. Jay and Angie Manley, their son Nick and girlfriend Jill, and grandchildren Jayce (9) and Nova (4) will be needing our help! The family is left with extensive damage to their personal items due to the fire. edit to add*** Many have asked about house insurance. They have been renting this home, and many of their items are not covered. They will need all the help they can get to get reestablished. At this time, we do not know if anything can be salvaged.
If you know Jay and Angie, you will have to agree that they would literally drop anything to help a friend, family member, neighbor, or coworker. The love they have for their children and grandchildren is unmeasurable. They would do anything to help others in need. Now it is time to come together as a community to help them.
All money raised will go directly to Jay and Angie, to cover any personal damage, items, food, and to help them get back on their feet. No value is too small. Please help spread the word by sharing this page. Help support the Manley family as they navigate through these trying times.
Sincerely,
Theresa
