I am raising money to cover damages related to domestic abuse and malicious litigation. I adopted my son about 5 years ago. Four months later, I had my custodial parental rights removed with no explanation. This was 2 weeks after, I filed child maltreatment and domestic abuse evidence in the Domestic Relations court on 01/06/2022. I have since suffered from retaliation, including 21 malicious legal filings.

Arkansas State’s Central Registry validates that I have no child maltreatment claims filed against me.

Judge Storey Bryan, Sarah Williamson, and Megan Stergen allegedly met without informing the plaintiff. This is an illegal government process that leads to kangaroo courts.

Megan claims the plaintiff has caused her 'so much damage' since the adoption (about 3 months earlier), Megan claims the grandparents are unfit to be around the child and have caused the plaintiff to be an unfit parent, Megan demands that she gets paid and demands to a removal of the plaintiff's parental rights. She also claims entitlement to all his assets in the divorce and entitlement to a secret forced vacation of rights.

Allowing her to seize almost everything of value witch the plaintiff owned. Six months later in June 2020, Sarah Williamson is still making the claim of the plaintiff causing 'so much damage’ in the 3 months after the adoption. Today, Sarah continues to slander the grandparents and collude to defraud the plaintiff. She has convinced the Judge to force the plaintiff to pay lawyers to harm him. This alone has totaled more than $9,100. Not counting the $6,000 (above and beyond another 7k for the divorce) he paid Stephen Fisher to block this from happening in early 2020.

These excessive legal fees were paid to get a temporary restraining order filed against Megan. About April 7th, 2020. Manos wanted to walk away from the toxic relationship, raise his son, and start over. Megan Stergen used the domestic relations court to harm the plaintiff for leaving her, to try to force him back into a relationship, and when this failed, to ruin & destroy her ex-husband. Megan Stergen has a history of black mail, extortion, and misleading the plaintiff about law enforcement investigations. He paid $7,000 to leave her about 2016, he offered $30,000 to leave her on or about 05/14/2019, and she forced arbitrage for about $60,000 (June 2020) to allow the plaintiff to divorce her.

I am trying to get relief from distress via the Washington County Domestic Relations Court in Arkansas. Please help my son and I through this crisis.
