Blessing Manuel Beltran’s Family
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Abigail Cua, I am a good friend to the Beltran / Padron family; I am writing to you on behalf of Leticia, Angel and Kathryn.
On Sunday April 7th, our dear friend Manuel Beltran was involved in a tragic work accident. Manuel was jack of all trades, but he loved landscaping the most. During one of his routine projects, a large tree fell on him and completely crushed his lower body. The damage to his body was fatal; and, though he fought with everything to stay with us, his body started shutting down and couldn’t handle the trauma. He is survived by his wife Leticia, his only child Angel, his daughter in law Kate, and his 2 grandsons Duke and Kayce.
Manuel was an amazing father, husband, grandfather and friend. For most of his life he worked Monday thru Sunday to provide for his wife and family; and if you were in need he gave without hesitation. His joy in life was to play with his 2 grandchildren - who he would spend hours playing with, and was known to be the “3rd parent” who the kids would often prefer to mom and dad. When his first grandchild Duke was born, his daughter in law endured injuries from birth that kept her bed ridden. For 4 months, Manuel gladly took the night shifts to take care of his newborn grandchild, and then would work all day. He did this with such joy. He was a wonderful friend who would give you his quick “yes”; in fact, you had to be careful to not ask too much because he would always be willing to go above and beyond. He and his wife were planning to move to North Carolina in the fall of this year to live with his son and his family, so he could finally rest and enjoy being with his grandchildren.
Unfortunately his passing was completely unexpected, and leaves so much up in the air for his wife Leticia who completely depended on him for provision. She herself has injuries so is unable to work. We are creating a Go Fund Me to help with the days and months ahead that Leticia will be sorting through, and navigating. These funds will help with funeral expenses, medical bills, upcoming expenses, and help alleviate the load for a few months. Her son Angel is now stepping in to take Manuel’s mantle, and take care of his mom. We ask that if you feel called to give, it will bless this family so much. If you’re unable to give, we ask for prayer over this family as they navigate grief and a new life without a pillar in their family.
We love you, and appreciate your support during this time! If you have any special memories of Manuel, we ask you share them in the comments!
Memorial Service will be updated and posted once we have the details ready and would love for anyone who loves this family to come and support!
