Marathon for Maj

I will be running the Manchester Marathon on the 27th April 2025 to raise money for The Margaret Adcock Foundation, which is a charity very close to my heart, in memory of my friend, Maj, whose colourful life was sadly cut short by cancer in 2023. More information about The Margaret Adcock Foundation: The Foundation exists to support the education of disadvantaged children and young adults in the Philippines, through the provision of grants for payment of school/university fees, or grants to other established charities. Secondly, it provides grants to children with newly diagnosed cancer in the UK, to assist with immediate expenses. Thirdly, it supports cancer research programmes, particularly those involved with leading research into Alveola Rhabdomyosarcoma.
