The money raised will go toward finding a home in the UK for dogs from Turkey (Kalkan). It costs roughly £1500-£1800 per dog. There are many dogs that are just not suitable for the harsh environment of living on the street. If we can raise enough money, then we can reduce the cost per dog, by subsidising part of the cost to something more manageable for people. 

More information about FRIENDS OF KAPSA: Caring for the health and well-being of street animals (dogs and cats) in Kalkan, Turkey, through a TNR (trap, neuter and return) programme and providing veterinary treatment for sick and injured animals. Plus a winter feeding programme once the tourist season ends.
