Marc Schultz, house fire and brain cancer
Donation protected
To know Marc Schultz is to love him. If you’ve never met him, it’s impossible to convey what a good, kind, generous, special person he is. Marc has spent his entire life caring for people and going out of his way to help others. Like, WAY out of his way, even despite facing his own challenges.
Marc has been handed one raw deal after another in life. Through it all, he has always remained positive and caring, and put others first. He would never ask for help, but he is in a position now where his family and I are asking for help on his behalf. We hope you’ll respond with the same spirit of love and generosity.
Marc has aggressive stage 4 brain cancer, which forced him out of his hard-earned career as a music professor. Now, an electrical fire has destroyed his home. He has worked so hard renovating that house, even throughout his debilitating sickness.
He lost EVERYTHING. There was no insurance. This is just too much for one man to bear.
Marc deserves to spend this time of his life sitting on a beach somewhere. Instead, he spends every day working on the house. We are asking for donations on his behalf - in any amount you can spare - all of which will go directly to Marc to cover his expenses. If you would like to send a check or gift card, please PM me on Facebook (facebook.com/auntsammie) for his mom’s address. Thank you all so much for your help.
***NOTE***
The original fundraiser solicited donations via PayPal and Venmo. The first $2,975 is not reflected in the GoFundMe total and has been already given to Marc to cover building supplies.
