Marc Sterling

Hey, my name is Ricky Lineberger and I'm raising money to help Marc recoup his life savings. Marc is a 71-year-old retired special ed teacher and was targeted by a scam ring. I met Marc when we worked together, and he still manages to grow and learn as a person.

He's an artist and a college student, taking classes at VCU and making really cool videos and collages. If you've ever seen Sparky's Corner @ Luxor Vintage Clothes in Carytown, that's Marc's work.

I'm raising funds to keep Marc from having to unload his possessions to recoup his lost money. It's an unfortunate situation and he'll never get the money he lost back. But, if we can get him at least part of it back we can help alleviate housing and food insecurities and hopefully help him rebuild some of his money.
