Marcelo's long recovery

Hi, my name is Ben and I'm fundraising for Marcelo Lala. He's been working with me for over 8 years and is a really wonderful team member and part of his community. On Friday, September 29 in the early morning hours, Marcelo was walking in Minneapolis and was hit and run over by a vehicle. He was immediately pinned under the truck and drug. The driver called 911 and emergency vehicles had to extract him. His injuries were life-threatening in the first days but he is now stabilizing thankfully. He has two broken legs, multiple broken ribs, punctured lungs, traumatic brain injury with skull fractures and more. He is in a medically induced coma and is facing a long road of recovery ahead of him.

Marcelo is a husband and father to a 2 year old daughter, who are by his side in the hospital. At this time, they don't have any other family nearby and need real help to get through this terrible tragedy. Please consider donating and helping alleviate the pressure of bills while Marcelo and his family face this struggle. Neither he nor his wife can work and there is no end in sight as to when he will get out of the hospital. The pressure is building on every front for this sweet family. PLEASE HELP.

Marcelo es esposo y padre de una hija de 2 años, que está a su lado en el hospital.
